I recently had Arizona’s Dukes of Air replace two AC units at my home. I had chosen another Company in the Valley before meeting with Dukes of Air. The day of the scheduled install with the other company turned into chaos when the crew arrived but could not proceed with the install as I was quoted the wrong type of equipment needed for my foam insulated attic. Long story short, I ended up cancelling with this other company and looking elsewhere. I had waited over 2 weeks for the install without a functioning unit so I was left to scramble and start the process all over again of finding the right company. Luckily for me, the very first company I contacted following this fiasco was Dukes and they immediately scheduled me for the next day to get a quote. The next day, Jerry showed up to my home exactly at the time I was told he would. I knew once Jerry was at my home this was the right company. All communication leading up to the install was remarkable. The day of the install a huge crew showed up right on time. Everyone was very professional, courteous and cleaned up after themselves. Amazing attention to detail from a very hardworking group of technicians. All follow-up communication has been remarkable as well. The end was everything and more I hoped for. While they were not the cheapest price-wise, the cost is worth it in the end. Everyone at this company, from the person answering the phone to the field technicians, care and work hard to fully satisfy their customers. I recommend Arizona’s Dukes of Air to anyone without reservation. Thank you all!

Had to get my A/C replaced, and to get all the rebates I had to replace the furnace as well. The install crew showed up on time, the foreman explained what they were going to do, how it was going to happen, and asked if I had any questions. Introduced his crew members and got to work. Everyone had a job to do, it was very well organized. The guys did an excellent job of taking out the old furnace and installing the new one, saw a mess earlier, of course, but after they finished the area was spotless, excellent clean up job! They even brought their own trim to replace my trim they couldn’t use from taking it off the entrance to the attic. Checked me out on the new thermostat, I signed the rebate forms, they gave me the credit right away, and the company waited to get reimbursed – awesome!!
From Jerry the salesman, to the girls I talked to in the office, and then the install crew, you can tell this is a family owned operation, they take pride in their company and so do their employees – well done. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company for your HVAC needs. Great Quality Work!!

I have nothing but praises for the Arizona’s Dukes of air team. All the team members are courteous, helpful yet professionals. They try their best to accommodate your needs and work with you for setting up the appointments. They are efficient in sending reminders well in advance and prompt to follow up if there is any change. The technicians are very punctual and detail oriented, they always keep me updated with their work progress and answer any job related questions. The technicians are upfront with diagnostics, honest and I never felt any pressure. The technician are not only fun to talk to they know what they are doing. I am a happy customer and will strongly recommend their services.
