Health experts are warning that the spread of this virus in the country is inevitable, and property preparation will help avoid panic. Like many of you, we are watching and evaluating the facts vs. the fears and the impact on our communities, businesses, customers, and us as individuals.
As you know, we wear shoe covers while in your home, and as added protection, we are implementing the following to reduce the contact:
- We will no longer be shaking hands in the office, with vendors or with customers;
- We will use disposable latex gloves while servicing homes;
- We will increase our hand washing;
- And, for your peace of mind, our technicians are willing to wear a mask; it’s your choice.
