Arizona’s Dukes of Air & Sure Temp AC Join Forces to Serve the East Valley & Phoenix Areas
Arizona’s Dukes of Air and Sure Temp AC are excited to announce their merger, combining forces to deliver even better air conditioning, heating, plumbing, and indoor air quality services to homeowners and businesses in the East Valley and Phoenix areas.
With over 80 team members now working together, customers can expect an expanded service team available seven days a week, increased efficiency in scheduling, and a wider range of heating, cooling, and plumbing solutions, including duct cleaning, system tune-ups, and commercial services.
What This Means for Customers
This merger ensures seamless service for both Sure Temp and Dukes customers. While there are some internal updates, customers will experience the same high level of care and reliability.
Key Updates:
- Coordinated Operations – Heating and cooling services will now be dispatched from Dukes’ Mesa office.
- Branded Uniforms & Vehicles – Technicians may arrive in either Dukes of Air or Sure Temp-branded vehicles.
- Plumbing Services Now Available to Sure Temp Customers – Sure Temp customers now have access to Dukes’ top-rated plumbing services.
- Service Plans Remain the Same – Existing maintenance plans from Sure Temp will carry over, and customers will have the option to renew under Dukes’ comparable plan when the time comes.
This merger officially goes into effect on February 10, 2025, ensuring a smooth transition with no disruption in service.
